They're easily accessible via email or social media and very responsive. When I was unsure on background colour, Joel helped me pick one to best suit my home decor, and it does - PERFECTLY! The art itself is stunning. Having a bulldog they managed to capture every wrinkle and freckle still. Unfortunately for me, I have 2 dogs so now knowing the quality, I won't be hesitant to order again! The frames are also of great, sturdy quality and the process is worth every penny!
